Leather has written numerous screenplays for television shows and made for TV movies.

2001 – 2003 Murder In Mind – Leather wrote two episodes for the first series in 2001, two episodes for the second series in 2002, and one episode for the third series in 2003.
2000 The Bombmaker – Leather’s novel The Bombmaker was adapted and made into a made for TV movie.
2000 The Knock (Series 5) – Leather wrote episode 2 which was a 90-minute special.
2000 The Stretch – Leather created, wrote and produced this made for TV movie based on his novel The Stretch.
1999 London Burning – Leather wrote episode 9 and 10 which was screened in 2000.
1998 The Knock (Series 4) – Leather wrote episode 4, 5, and 6 which were all screened in 1999.
